Gender Pay Gap Statement

At Melodie Assets Management, transparency, fairness, and equality are fundamental to our values. As an organisation, we are committed to ensuring equal pay for equal work and to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace for all. 


Although we do not currently have formal historical gender pay gap data to publish, we recognise the importance of monitoring and addressing pay equity as we continue to grow.
